Coronavirus (COVID-19) Get information about coronavirus on NHS.UK

-Following recent delays with deliveries for flu vaccines, we are pleased to say we have received some but not all of our order.
-We would like to reassure patients that we have not forgotten anybody, patients will be contacted in due course and when eligible, this is for COVID related vaccines/boosters as well as flu vaccines.

-Our phone lines are extremely busy with flu and COVID queries which is delaying patients with medical issues not being able to connect to an administrator.
-We would kindly ask that you do not phone the surgery to ask when you will have your vaccine unless you are phoning to cancel or rearrange. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

-We are unable to issue this certificate at the practice.
-Please click here for further information.
-Proof of your vaccination status is available on the NHS app, downloading from the App Store on iPhones and iPads, and Google Play Store on Android devices.
-Alternatively, you can call the NHS helpline on 119 and ask for a letter to be posted to you. This must be at least 5 days after you have completed your course of the vaccine, the letter may take up to 5 days to reach you.

We are still accepting paper requests for prescriptions at all branch sites, however these are taking 3-5 days to process. Online requests and requests made using the automated telephone service will be processed within 48 hours.
