There are a range of ways to contact us; the best way to do so will depend both on the nature of your problem and the time of day. Please note – ANY of the contact numbers will allow you to contact any of the surgery sites as we now have an integrated phone system.
Please attend White Swan Branch for pre-booked appointments only (all paperwork and registrations need to be handed in at the Forest Hall Branch). Phone lines at all branches open at 8.30am and close at 6pm, Forest Hall Branch do run telephone consultations after 6pm until 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Admin staff will not be available after 6pm every day.
Phone lines are closed between 12:00 – 13:30 daily. Please ring 111 or 999 if you have a medical emergency during this time.
On the 3rd Tuesday every month all branches close from 12pm for staff education sessions. All practice staff in the North West attend staff training every 2 months. Dates are posted on our Facebook page and patient notice board.
From 31 October 2022; we will be making some changes at our White Swan Branch.

No specimen samples will be taken after 12pm. If you have a prescription; this can still be placed into the prescription box, located on the wall in the waiting room.
If you have a registration form or any other paperwork; these should be handed in at our main site located at Forest Hall.
If you wish to book an appointment (Option 3) or have any other queries (Option 4) from 2pm, please call our main telephone number on 0191 259 9666. Prescriptions can be ordered all day via our automated service (Option 1) online or via Klinik. If you have a prescription query then you must ring between 9am-12pm and select option 2.
